REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits made here on my site are NONREFUNDABLE. Only in the event that I cannot provide the service, the customer will be contacted and refunded. If a client needs to cancel, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
No call, no shows will be BANNED from booking. Reshedules are only allowed ONCE, after that a new deposit will be required.

GUEST POLICY
NO EXTRA GUEST are allowed, unless being serviced.

LATE POLICY

If you are 10 minutes late, $25 will be added. 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED
